Mineral Processing Unit

Moltéch Industries Pvt. Ltd. (MIPL), based in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India has a grinding unit dedicated to the efficient grinding of various minerals, by-products, slag, and other materials. The establishment houses a ball mill with a production capacity of half a million ton annually and a motor drive of 1250 kilowatts, specifically crafted to achieve a particle size of up to 5000 blaine. High silica powder with blaine values ranging from 1500 to 1800 can be grounded to 5000 blaine using this grinding unit. The utilization of a closed-circuit system, which includes a ball mill, classifier, various material handling equipment, and the efficient draft generation facilitated by an ID fan, guarantees the consistency of the blaine size. This uniformity in blaine size further promotes homogenization, a critical element in ensuring strength. This strategic methodology not only enhances mineral utilization but also optimizes the overall production process at Moltech Industries Pvt. Ltd.

Iron Ore Processing

Iron ore processing is a fundamental aspect of Moltech’s operations, representing a critical link in the supply chain of steel production. Madhya Pradesh is the largest producer in North India and Moltech plays a pivotal role in meeting the region’s demand for iron and steel, driving economic growth and industrial development. Our iron ore processing facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and adhere to stringent quality standards to ensure optimal efficiency and product quality.
The process begins with the extraction of iron ore from mines, where sophisticated mining equipment is employed to extract raw ore from deposits deep within the earth. Once extracted, the raw ore undergoes a series of beneficiation processes to remove impurities and enhance its iron content, making it suitable for steelmaking. One of the primary methods employed in iron ore processing is crushing and grinding, where the raw ore is reduced in size to facilitate further processing. This is typically followed by screening, where the crushed ore is separated into various particle sizes to optimize the efficiency of subsequent processing steps.
Next, the beneficiated ore is subjected to magnetic separation or flotation to remove unwanted impurities such as silica, alumina, and phosphorus, which can adversely affect the quality of the final product. Magnetic separators and flotation cells are utilized to selectively separate the iron-rich concentrate from the gangue minerals, yielding a high-grade iron ore concentrate.
