We Are Hiring
Position Overview:
We seek a knowledgeable and motivated Geologist to join our dynamic team in Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Rajasthan's soil and mineral composition, with at least two years of experience in geological research, exploration, or related fields. This role is crucial in supporting our operations and ensuring the sustainable extraction of valuable resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct geological surveys and field studies to assess soil and mineral resources, particularly focusing on Quartz, Talc, Lead, and Copper.
Collect and analyze soil and rock samples using advanced laboratory techniques to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
Prepare detailed geological reports and maps, summarizing findings and providing actionable recommendations to support project development.
Collaborate with engineers, environmental scientists, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of mining operations.
Stay updated on geological trends, regulations, and technologies relevant to Rajasthan and the broader mining industry.
Assist in the preparation of environmental impact assessments and compliance reports, ensuring adherence to sustainability practices.
Provide technical support and expertise during project planning and execution, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in geological research, exploration, or a related area, with a focus on Rajasthan's soil and minerals.
Has a good knowledge of documentation of mining bid/auction/lease.
Should have a good network in local mining departments or with local authorities.
Strong knowledge of local geological formations, mineral deposits, and soil characteristics, particularly about our core products.
Proficiency in geological mapping and data analysis software (e.g., GIS, AutoCAD).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly to diverse audiences.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Willingness to travel to field sites as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Geology or a related field.
Experience with environmental assessments and regulatory compliance.
Familiarity with remote sensing and geophysical methods.
